Football in Valencia
There’s nothing like football in a stadium. Neither the biggest screen in the world, nor a bar with free drinks, nor a 3HD Full image. Nothing beats being there, with thousands of people, jumping, screaming, suffering and, especially, living a football match.
There has always been a tradition of football in our country. We love it. Even more so after being champions of Europe and the World. In the Valencian Community this sport is lived with enough roots and it is reflected in its teams.
Matches of Valencia C.F.
Valencia C.F. has one of the best stadiums in Europe (according to the British newspaper The Telegraph). The Mestalla was inaugurated in 1923 has a capacity for almost 50,000 people and is characterized by having a steeper inclination than the rest of the stadiums which gives it an even greater sense of closeness.

Fixtures of the Levante C.F.
The second, no less important, football team of the city is the Levante C.F. The team takes the name of the Levante beach due to its origins in the maritime district.
It is a historic team, founded in 1909, which has a stadium, Estadio Ciudad de Valencia, with capacity for more than 26,000 people.
His fans, “the grainta”, are very loyal to the team, even in difficult times when he has been in the second division.
Fixtures of Villarreal C.F.
Among the best teams in Spain is the team from the region of Castellón. Founded in 1923, it plays its matches in the Estadio de la Cerámica, with a capacity for 23,500 spectators.

In the city of Valencia we have the Valencia Basket Club. It is a basketball club that plays in the ACB League, the top competition of Spanish basketball.
He disputes his meetings in the Fuente de San Luis Municipal Pavilion in Valencia, with a capacity for 8500 spectators. Their hobby is known as “los taronjas” or “los naranja”, in Spanish, they are especially cheerful and do not stop cheering.

Motorcycles in Valencia
Are you a speed freak? Are you one of the lovers of the motor world? You’ve come to the right place.
We propose a complementary activity to your Spanish course in Valencia with which you can get to know the Ricardo Tormo circuit and on the appropriate dates see the Grand Prix of the Valencian Community.
A motorcycling speed race that has been run since 1999 as part of the World Motorcycling Championship calendar. There are other Moto 3, Moto 2 and Moto GP races.
The motorcycle world has been dominated by Spanish riders in recent years. Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa have boosted the Spanish list of honours and have increased the liking for the engine.

Spain has long been a world power in tennis. Our best-known tennis player, Rafa Nadal, has put Spanish tennis at the top in recent years.
